| LAND ROVER TO INVEST £2.5 BILLION ON NEW MODELS - 10 December 2001 |
| Gaydon, Warwickshire, 10 December, 2001 – Land Rover has announced plans to invest £2.5 billion over the next five years on developing and building new vehicles. At the same time the company has announced its intention to build its next model, a new Land Rover Discovery, due in the middle of this decade, at its Solihull plant. This follows a study of various factory locations in Europe and North America. |
